Redefining the future of Traditional, Complementary and
Alternative Medicine in Middle East and Africa
12-14 DECEMBER, 2023
Dubai, UAE
For most of us, the pandemic changed the way we lead our lives. Historically, pandemics ensured that we pause, introspect and put things into perspective. As we think, reflect, and rearrange our priorities, we’ve learned to put health and well-being on top. TCAM finds itself at the heart of promoting a holistic lifestyle through maintaining high levels of physical and mental health, immunity, and wellbeing. As we slowly emerge out of the threat of the pandemic, we stand at a critical juncture where we must make the choice for ourselves to embrace holistic treatments that heal our bodies, mind and soul.
The 6th International Traditional, Complementary and Alternative Medicine (TCAM) Conference scheduled to take place from the 12-14 December 2023 in Dubai, UAE will address TCAM challenges, discuss the latest therapies, practices and innovations to improve patient outcomes.

Traditional, Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) therapies have been on the rise since the past decade or so in the Middle East. In 2019 alone, the Middle East integrative health market was valued at $4.52 billion. That number is set to grow exponentially to $23.29 billion by 2027, with the Cumulative Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) being 22.75% over the years. Such robust growth in the industry is being driven by increasing awareness of TCAM amongst the Middle East population and it’s benefits when compared to modern medicine.
As TCAM regionally regains momentum in the region, the robust, reliant and vibrant health infrastructure of the UAE has meant that multiple systems of healthcare can co-exist. Thus, promoting healthy living of individuals and helping the entire region attain the common goal of a good quality of life.
